2. Diploma of Highest Certificate (Natorized Copy). If you are studying yet provide Hope Certifice. (If you don’t have Final Degree Yet just have make a Provisional Certificate make it from your previous University from which you are graduated)
3. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Passport Copy
5. Physical Examination Form
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. English Proficiency Certificate is acceptable
8. Study Plan Or Research Proposal
9. A photocopy of the ID of the applicant’s emergency contact
10. A CD of your own works (only required for arts students)
