2. Diploma of Highest Certificate (Natorized Copy). If you are studying yet provide Hope Certifice. (If you don’t have Final Degree Yet just make a Provisional Certificate make it from your previous University from which you are graduated)
3. Transcripts of Highest Education (Notarized copy)
4. Passport Copy
5. Physical Examination Form
6. Two Recommendation Letters
7. English Proficiency Certificate is acceptable
8. Research or Study Plan (No less than 1000 words)
9. Acceptance Letter (not mandatory but will be preferred)
10. Proof of Economic Ability (Proof of on the job income, bank deposit, or other proof
    of economic ability)
11. A Approval letter from the applicant’s who employee
12. Other Supproting Documents
